I studied muskoxen for my Master's degree in Bering Land Bridge National Preserve in NW Alaska. For 3 summers and 2 winters, I followed the muskoxen across the tundra and recorded their behavior and foraging ecology. This old bull was the breeding bull in a harem of females for 3 consecutive rutting seasons.
